Two full days of guided meditation with resident masters in the Phobjikha valley.
A deliberately small, deliberately slow retreat. Days follow the monastery timetable; the valley does the rest.

Artisanal herb-infused baths overlooking the Punakha valley for deep rejuvenation.
Day by Day
Paro to Thimphu
A gentle first day: met at the airport, driven to Thimphu, and left to rest before the retreat properly begins.

Thimphu
A slow morning at a Thimphu monastery to meet the tradition the retreat draws from, followed by an easy valley walk.
Thimphu to Punakha
Prayer flags and 108 chortens mark the pass; the afternoon closes with a traditional hot stone bath in Punakha.

Punakha
A morning at the dzong, an afternoon of guided meditation on the riverbank below it.
Phobjikha
The drive to Phobjikha, where the retreat proper begins — no fixed schedule from here beyond the monastery's own timetable.
